About CSN...

Background
Established in May of 1993 by Barbara Forrestall, CSN is the first network in Canada to provide a resource centre to those needing support and information about this often disabling neurological condition.

Our purpose
CSN offers a support network for people who suffer from Syringomyelia (SM), their families and friends, and all others with an interest in this disorder. Ongoing support is established through quarterly network meetings, member relationships, quarterly newsletters, and an annual fall convention.

What do we do?
CSN promotes awareness of SM throughout local communities and across Canada.
CSN acts as an information and referral network.
CSN provides an on-going support system for it's members and anyone interested in SM.
